5. CONSENT ITEM: Approval of the Annual Reports from the chairs of the following committees: Academic Programs, University Priorities and the Athletic Council

6. A proposal from the School of Medicine pertaining to revisions to affiliate (non-regular rank) faculty titles with a potential vote to approve at today’s meeting: Dr. Mara Becker and Dr. James Tcheng
