  5. EXECUTIVE SESSION: Anonymous question received for senior leadership to address:

    I am an alumnus of Duke, Trinity Class 1992 and a faculty member for 24 years. Over the span of time, I have filled out countless surveys that may or may not have included my religious affiliation. Given the recent federal ruling regarding the University of Pennsylvania and the EEOC request for biographical information on Jewish members of the community, what will Duke do if compelled by the current government to release any and all demographic information of their faculty, staff, and students?
     
  6. EXECUTIVE SESSION: Proposed nominees for an honorary degree for the 2027 Commencement Ceremony (Supporting materials have been available in the Duke Box folder for Council membership since April 8)
