By January 31, 2013: Department/Program selects candidate(s), requests student essay

By February 8: Student submits essay to DUS

February 14: DUS or Chair or their designee submits six copies of each completed application by 3:00 p.m.(with cover sheet attached on top) to:

On or around early March: Semi-finalists are contacted

April 9: Faculty Scholars Committee interviews semi-finalists

April 18: Academic Council receives the announcement of the winners during their regular monthly meeting
